About Our Practice
At LEAP, we provide a comprehensive approach to health that incorporates genuine relationships, education, and empowerment through the healing arts.
I have done the traditional primary care thing and one time, after a 7 minute appiointment with my Doctor who barely listened to me, I decided I needed more. [LEAP providers] have given me that! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Our Philosophy
Patients and providers alike are more frequently dissatisfied with the medical model that is prevalent in western society. We believe that this is, in part, due to the ‘factory’ mentality that the business of healthcare has become. Providers and patients alike are rushed through their visits and may choose a quick fix to health issues that have developed over years of lifestyle choices, stress, and being disconnected from ourselves, therefore, limiting our body’s natural ability to heal.
All patients should receive medical care that considers their mind, body and spirit from providers who have the time to truly listen in a setting that is positive, team-oriented and collaborative. We believe that people of all socioeconomic status’ should have access to this type of collaborative care and so have developed tiered pricing models and sponsorship opportunities so that income and insurance status does not negate access to our services.
From the adolescent to the centenarian, we believe we can offer personalized approaches to healthcare based on the patient’s expressed goals. In recognition of the diverse backgrounds of our patients, plans will be formulated using a culturally sensitive approach and visits will be conducted in the patient’s language of choice.
